The story of Larix Engineering begins in the autumn of 2011, with the founding of the Vienna branch of Cologne-based engineering office, IPJ Ingenieurb\u00fcro P. Jung GmbH.<\/p>\n
The company has grown steadily and sustainably from four employees to around 20. Since 2013, it has also formed a synergetic office partnership with the IBR&I Institute of Building Research & Innovation ZT-GmbH. <\/p>\n
The personnel growth in 2015 prompted a move to the current location at Tiefer Graben 21 in the first district, where Larix Engineering and IBR&I remain based today. In 2023, the office space was significantly expanded and attractively redeveloped at the same location. <\/p>\n
Our growth has been paralleled by the expansion of our service offerings. We have broadened our original core expertise in dynamic thermal building simulation into a comprehensive suite of planning and consulting services across four key areas: simulation, building physics, energy planning, and certification. <\/p>\n
The renaming of IPJ Ingenieurb\u00fcro P. Today, Larix Engineering is solely owned by its three managing directors:
Peter Holzer<\/strong> as the company\u2019s founder (2011),
Matthias Kendlbacher<\/strong>, who has been with the company from the very beginning (also since 2011) and
David Stuckey<\/strong>, who joined the company in 2018.<\/p>\n
